After researching realtors, then meeting with Jess, we knew she would be an excellent fit for us. She is incredibly personable and responsive. She is also very experienced and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!). During home walkthroughs she had an eagle eye and could spot insightful details. She researched homes and helped us decide which were worth looking at, providing important information on factors which we would never have thought of.
She went above and beyond every single step of the way. It is a crazy market in Portland, but she made us feel like we had a leg above the competition because she was so attentive to us as clients. We felt like we were in excellent hands.
